Action is an action movie is a type of movie in which a lot of exciting things happen

• This movie represents action because of the plethora of high energy included in the entire movie from the acting to stunts to even talking. All action movies consist of big budget, this movie in particular had $200 million in budget. They had included lots of stunts giving the movie action. If there's stunts they are fighting at least a bad guy which in this case there is.

                                                  

Adventure films are usually tied with action. It has exciting stories, new experiences, or exotic locales.

• This movie had an exciting plot by going through the Amazon to find a tree that can heal. Upon finding this they had through action of people getting in their way to stop them from finding and getting to the tree this is indeed can count as an adventure.

Comedy are light-hearted plots consistently and deliberately designed to make the audience laugh and to entertain. Comedy films do this by exaggerating the situation, language, action, relationships, and characters.

• This represents a 'welcomy' feeling having the viewers engaged like a family. This movie has jokes and drags situations to make it funny. This movie has made me laugh so many times throughout the movie. 

Drama films are films that create literally "drama". It portrays realistic characters, settings, life situations, and stories involving intense character development. Drama could be categorized with any other subject.

• This movie represents both drama and crime but for now we will be discussing only the drama part. This represents real life situations such as the "BLM" movement, how black people are in danger by cops targeting, assuming, and abusing us for things we did NOT do. It shows character development in the character Starr from her being innocent to racism to her standing against it.

Thriller is a genre that involves creating suspense, tension, and anticipation this is so that audiences mood is always on edge. Thriller gives higher suspension and anxiety through the conventions being made.

• This movie has gave me goosebumps, made me paranoid, and had my anxiety through the roof. The sounds, editing, mise-en-scene, and cinematography in this movie was so good. There was suspension and on edge parts throughout the entire movie because there was barely any dialogue so this made the audience need to piece together what was happening.
